*Trouble shooting* If you add a product to your shopping cart and the cart is empty:
Internet Explorer Customers: In your browser tool bar select TOOLS tab, INTERNET OPTIONS tab, PRIVACY tab, make sure the “Settings” are set to Medium.
Firefox Customers: In your browser tool bar select TOOLS tab, OPTIONS tab, PRIVACY tab, under History firefox will: (drop down tab) press “use custom settings for history” make sure both Accept cookies from sites & Accept third party cookies are both checked and click ok.
~If the problem still occurs call us @ 800-478-0099 or contact your Internet provider for support to change your settings to allow you to use shopping cart software on line. Your settings must allow cookies to be written. Thank you!
